500 g (1 pack) oat meal
100g-150g (dried nuts)walnut, almond, pumpkin seed
100g-150g (dried fruits) white mulberry, cranberry, dried grape
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup. Optionally 1tbsp carob syrup
Optionally 1 tsp vanilla extract
For spice;
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp anise
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger powder

Add oatmeal, dried nuts, dried fruits, coconut oil and spice mixture as your portion in your teflon pot and mix with wooden spoon. Stir the mixture on a low heat for 5 minutes. Make sure that the coconut and the ingredients you use have very low heat to avoid degrading their nutritional value. We do not want the materials to burn.

 Set your oven to 150-180 degrees. Spread the mixture evenly over a tray. Pour honey or honey- carob mixture and vanilla extract evenly over it. You can add a little more spice mix as you wish. You can keep a maximum of 10 minutes in the heated oven according to the level of your request. Remove the tray and let it cool. You can pour your cooled granola into the jar. Your Granola is Ready !!! It can be a wonderful home gift with a sweet decoration ^^
