HOMEMADE GINGER SPICES GRANOLA
Add oatmeal, dried nuts, dried fruits, coconut oil and spice mixture as your portion in your teflon pot and mix with wooden spoon. Stir the mixture on a low heat for 5 minutes. Make sure that the coconut and the ingredients you use have very low heat to avoid degrading their nutritional value. We do not want the materials to burn.
Set your oven to 150-180 degrees. Spread the mixture evenly over a tray. Pour honey or honey- carob mixture and vanilla extract evenly over it. You can add a little more spice mix as you wish. You can keep a maximum of 10 minutes in the heated oven according to the level of your request. Remove the tray and let it cool. You can pour your cooled granola into the jar. Your Granola is Ready !!! It can be a wonderful home gift with a sweet decoration ^^
2 cups milk of choice (almond , coconut, or dairy)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of ground black pepper
tiny piece of fresh peeled ginger root or ¼ tsp ginger powder
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup or to taste optional
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Add the pepper, cloves or cinnamon, stir to combine. Drink immediately or mix it in your porridge.
